**This position is located in Boulder CO**

We're looking for passionate, talented people to lead this transformation to support our clients’ employees who are using Apple products in the Enterprise.

+ You're highly focused on customer satisfaction and enjoy assisting people with technical problems. You’re a creative problem solver and take pride in the service you deliver. You can quickly determine what help a customer needs and how best to deliver it, adapting your technical guidance to the technical skill of the caller. You'll be comfortable in technical environments and quickly be able to analyze complex multi-system issues. Customer Satisfaction is key to how you work, delivering that experience in first call is the goal. Sometimes you'll need to reach out to colleagues to help achieve a resolution but you'll maintain that first contact point relationship until the customer is delighted.
Be it an Apple hardware or software issue or a problem specific to the customer’s IT environment, you'll quickly establish yourself as an expert people can trust and be a regular contributor to the Mac@Work self help portal content and Social Forums. As one of the first to join this exciting new team we're looking for you to set a positive standard up front, to build a group of support professionals who really listen to the customers and become a champion of their experience.

+ Passionate about providing a great customer experience, with a quality service mindset
+ Apple Macintosh OS and Apple iOS experience professionally and/or personally
+ Minimum 1 year professional troubleshooting expertise
+ Experience in successfully interacting with customers, preferably in a technical support role
+ Active listener with flexibility to modify approach according to the needs and skills of others
+ Ability to multi-task applications and interactions
+ Skilled in troubleshooting technology and methods
