Responsibilities for **Mold Operator Assistant** jobs include:


+ Assist the Molding Set-Up Technician on the molding presses to perform standardized work by maintaining proper temperatures and set cycle time for molding.

+ Setups are made and maintained by technicians, but operators can remove and install molds, along with maintaining the vacuum unit at a prescribed level.

+ Must be capable of recognizing defective materials, parts, and machine malfunctions.

+ Keep molds clean and vents open; fiber brush molds on an hourly basis.

+ Load and operate wheelabrator/tumbler to remove flash/scale from parts for specified finish.


Candidates should meet the following qualifications to be considered for **Mold Operator Assistant** jobs:


Required qualifications:


HS diploma.


At least one year of warehouse experience


Ability to operate forklift, cranes, micrometer and calipers


Math skills to assist with inventory counts


Strong attention to safety.


We have 2nd shift and 3rd available:


2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am
