Were seeking an Maintenance Administrator for our warehouse client in Seattle, WA (zip code 98134)! The position is open to temp-to-hire role with working for at least 6- months before consideration for permanent placement. Training will also be on-site (this is not a work from home position). **Pay: $27.00/hour**


Schedule- first shift, full time hours- Monday-Friday; **7am-3:30pm**


**Essential Duties/Responsibilities:**


ESSENTIAL DUTIES


+ The Maintenance Administrator orders and tracks various parts for approved Plant projects and Work orders. The Maintenance Administrator works with internal team members to requisition products and parts needed for the maintenance and engineering functions. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

+ ESSENTIAL DUTIES Manages Maintenance Department purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) for parts, materials and services, including; obtaining quotes and offers, creating purchase requisitions, emailing purchase orders, expedite orders and shipments from suppliers to ensure timely arrival, tracking receipts, and troubleshooting purchase orders to invoice and reconcile issues. Manages stock, non-stock and capital spare parts inventory, including auditing of regular physical inventory counts which are regularly done by Spare Parts Coordinator. Manages minimum and maximum quantity, location and reordering data of stock parts. Ensures correct stock levels of stock parts are maintained in timely and cost effective manner. Ensure hard copy and spare parts inventory databases are accurately maintained on server. Creates new parts SAP numbers and updates equipment spare parts Bill of Material (BOM). Manages vendor quotes and offers, verifies aspects and details with Maintenance Department. Obtain new vendor information to add to corporate Vendor List and SAP. Manages return merchandise and/or incorrect shipments, including adjustments of vendor balance and creating credit Purchase Orders (PO) for Accounts Payable (AP) tracking of credit receipts. Places stock orders for Vendor Managed Inventory (fasteners, PPE, etc.) based on requests provided by Spare parts coordinator and Maintenance mechanics. Orders parts, tools and materials for Maintenance Department using AGORA platform based on requests. Work with Corporate Finance & Accounting Departments to ensure proper accounting codes and tax applicability. Assist Maintenance Department with financial month-end closing Performs Spare Parts Coordinator back-up related duties as necessary. Adhere to all company purchasing related policies and procedures. Adhere and enforces all compliance standards. Reports to work on a consistent and regular basis.

+ OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages stock, non-stock and capital spare parts inventory of regular physical inventory counts. Parts and materials receiving, unloading, allocation and storage. Collection of all requests of parts, tools and materials orders for Maintenance Department Manages stock, storage and reordering of Compressed Gases cylinders for Maintenance Department. Manages rental equipment (forklifts, boom lift, scissor lift) system. Manages plant radio inventory system Manages Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system Manages PPE and uniform reordering system. Complies and assists enforcement of all Company policies and procedures, including Internal Control procedures and Safety & Environmental procedures, and supports VMVO and WCM initiatives Works independently and in a collaborative team setting to support stores and planning functions Works with internal and external customers and enter data in computer system(s) in a timely and efficient manner Uses WCM/ TPM tools to maintain and improve the maintenance systems Provides training as necessary to internal and external customers on maintenance stores processes and related computer systems Participates in WCM activities and assigned projects Performs other related duties and responsibilities as needed and / or as requested by management


**Job Requirements:**


+ High School Diploma is required

+ 3-5 years of experience creating systems that will make work flow more efficient with minimal variances

+ Strong numeracy and literacy are essential to execute this role

+ MRO SAP system expert

+ ERP type business systems experience required

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong in system development and organizational skills and rigor to develop and follow internal control systems and business requirements

+ Focus on detail accuracy and task completion

+ Able to work independently, solving problems with minimum supervision

+ Able to work under pressure, relate well with a broad group of people and a strong willingness to learn

+ Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills -including Outlook/e-mail, Excel and Word

+ Must be flexible to adapt to changing and varying work requirements

+ Ability to deal tactfully with individuals

+ Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, others in the division, agency.

+ High level of attention to detail.

+ Ability to find, gather and collect information or data and evaluate information against a set of standards.

+ Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely.


PREFERRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree or college business courses Prior experience in industrial maintenance, purchasing and procurement Prior experience with SAP Plant Maintenance or other CMMS Knowledge of industrial power transmission parts like motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, bearings, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders. Basic accounting knowledge. Familiarity with databases Mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with engineering concepts and mechanical systems Experience in gypsum chemistry and manufacturing process FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY Input requisitions to E1 to generate Purchase Orders Negotiate with suppliers where appropriate for cost effective solutions
