**Pay: $28.40/hr (Union)**

**Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00pm - 4:00am**

**Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer for our customers distribution center in Denver CO.**

Responsible for the maintenance of refrigeration equipment including ammonia at our Distribution Center.
The essential job functions consist of monitoring systems and the repair of boilers, refrigeration, fire suppression systems and Glycol Chillers. Responsible for having a working knowledge PSM, RMP functions and knowledge of all EPA and OSHA requirements.
Working environment may be wet, cold, freezing and/or may have sudden temperature changes. Repetitive lifting required. Weights vary depending on work assignments with a minimum of 50 lbs.

**Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to:**

+ Current Denver City Stationary Engineers Certificate A is a requirement (Opportunity to train for this license will be provided) Time table for requirement will be 180 days.
+ Thorough working knowledge of operating, servicing and repairing heavy duty industrial equipment.
+ Ability to work well with other people - a team player.
+ Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, stoop, crouch, reach, and stand / walk on feet for up to 10 hours per day.
+ Willingness to work in temperatures ranging between 100 degrees F – to -15 below zero.
+ Candidates must be willing to work with Ammonia.
**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Work in various areas with varying specialties, i.e. repair ammonia refrigeration equipment, low-pressure boilers, chillers, fire suppression systems, cooling towers. Knowledge of water treatment systems
+ Able to work with hazardous materials referencing ammonia
+ Able to perform general building maintenance job functions and coordination of major capital projects
+ Defrost equipment as required and validate proper systems operations and fill out operation logs.
+ Respond to alarms of all types throughout the distribution center
+ Other duties as assigned.
We are a 24 – 7 operation with shifts starting throughout the 24-hour day. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Must be able to work any and all shifts.
