**Job Description**


KELLY SERVICES is currently Recruiting for a Customer in the McBee, SC area.


We are currently seeking an Asset Maintenance Management Planner-Scheduler for our McBee, SC facility. The Maintenance Planner will have two primary functions. One primary function is to design a functional, orderly, and secure parts area. The Maintenance Planner will then maintain all maintenance stock items physically on-site by working with vendors and systematically within SAP from the parts area. The other main function is to establish preventative maintenance plans for all operational equipment. The Maintenance Planner will then schedule preventative maintenance on all equipment in coordination with planned operational downtime. A strong background in maintenance and purchasing is key for this role.


**Requirements**


Specific Work Performed, but Not Limited To:

-Construct, organize, and maintain the maintenance parts storage area

-Manage Monthly maintenance spend to achieve Plan and achieve forecast accuracy targets

-Recommend and purchase the initial and ongoing stock of maintenance parts using equipment manuals, vendor support, and work experience

-Create and maintain maintenance Bills of Materials (BOMs) and preventative maintenance tasks in SAP

-Coach and develop maintenance mechanics to record task completion

-Manage the flow and inventory of maintenance parts, including receipt of parts, kitting of parts to work orders, allocation of parts to maintenance tasks, and the execution of all parts movements in SAP

-Use analytical tools and data to determine maintenance plans

-Lead the Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM) process for manufacturing operations

-Lead the operational DH windows to coordinate all CIL-s and PM work performed weekly

-Lead and control the AM/PM pillar tagging/notifications process

-Plan and schedule all maintenance work

-Generate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to evaluate and track performance of equipment and effectiveness of maintenance

-Perform analysis of work completed and adequacy or relevance of maintenance tasks

-Research, select, develop, and maintain adequate sources of supply to ensure equipment and services needs are filled in an efficient and timely manner at the lowest cost

-Coach and develop maintenance team on all relevant issues concerning maintenance work performed and task completion

-Issue purchase orders to vendors for all purchases for approved requisitions

-Coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely vendor payment

-Maintain the monthly Water mapping and weekly environmental compliance reports


Required Skills and Knowledge

-At least 2 years relevant work experience, manufacturing experience

-Computer experience required. (Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience). A test may be given prior to interview to test skills.

-Computer proficiency in SAP preferred.

-Maintain neat, professional appearance in accordance with company GMPs.

-Strong instructional and leadership capabilities.

-Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining organization and accuracy to detail.

-An excellent communicator that can provide training and coaching to other associates.

-High School diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level is the work environment is usually high. The temperature inside the factory is frequently considered hot.
