Description **Job Description**

This position will provide skilled support to building and machine maintenance needs in an advanced manufacturing environment; requiring strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.

In addition to an excellent benefit package; we are able to offer a wage that may exceed the wage scale listed above based upon knowledge, skill, ability and relevant work experience to the right candidate.

Some of the responsibilities include the following:

* Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills ranging from millivolt control up to 480 3 phase

- Will apply knowledge towards CNC & PLC controls, furnace and electronic controls

* Perform preventive maintenance and repair machining centers and lathes

* Troubleshoot and repair all hydraulics and pneumatics

* Will gain knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair, on equipment and facility

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical printouts and operation sheets

* Gain basic knowledge of 6S safety and ISO organizational standards

* Develop exceptional safety record and promotes good safety practices

* Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and a self-starter

* Ability to lift 40 pounds, with or without assistance

* Ability to accurately perform mathematical computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, also basic knowledge of percentages and decimals as related to


* Maintain records on work projects completed; prepare written reports related to work assignments; document actions and present written progress reports

* Interface with all departments and levels of management

* Assists with other duties as needed and directed



High School Graduate/GED with Associates degree or certification focused on Industrial Maintenance

Minimum of 2 years of applied electrical experience

Demonstrated Mechanical aptitude

Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience

CNC controls troubleshooting experience
