Description **Job Description**
A large pharmaceutical company in High Point is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment of various types. Some general duties include:
- Installing and maintaining electrical systems and replacing worn or faulty components on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshooting mechanical equipment to locate problems and making proper adjustments.
- Good base knowledge of codes and standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance on pneumatic equipment, motors, and conveyor systems.
- Accurate documentation of daily readings and other data.
This is a 12 hour, rotating, night shift (7PM-7AM)- Candidates must be available to work every other weekend. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour.
**Requirements**
- Must have at least 1 year prior experience.
- Must have High School diploma/GED.
- Good math skills are required.
- Need the ability to use general hand and machine shop tools.
- Long term, clean environment
