**ZF - Product Development Facility is looking for a Maintenance Technician for their Washington, MI Location.**


**Job Description:**


Support all the COVID-19 requirements related to operating the buildings safely while occupied by employees


Support the PM maintenance program of all 7 buildings between Romeo & Washington


Filter changing


Oiling and greasing


Belt adjusting or replacement


Cleaning cooling towers, coils, evaporator and condenser tubes


Support the Water treatment program


Truck driving to include picking up parts and equipment


Support Indoor Air Quality related work


Drain cleaning support


Support the installation and replacement of heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment


Support minor plumbing repairs


Support minor electrical & lighting repairs


Support recycling programs


Support copy stations with replenishing paper products


Support unloading delivery trucks using a fork truck


Support miscellaneous interior architectural repairs at the sites


Support various building & Safety inspection activities


Support energy management initiatives at the sites


Support all project related activities as needed


Support occasional Facilities Department activities as needed


General schedule is M-F 8am to 5 pm.. Minimal Overtime as needed


Temp to Hire Opportunity $20/hour
