We are currently seeking a Management Analyst to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD **.**

This is a long-term contract position which offers:

**TASKS.** The contractor shall:

+ Maintain and utilize various internal Small Business Program data sources and tools, including Institute-specific administrative databases and customer relationship management software.

+ Develop, update, and maintain the OTAC SharePoint pages, Intranet webpages, and shared drive files.

+ Develop content for and maintain the Institue Small Business Program website.

+ Occasionally serve as a liaison between web managers and a variety of stakeholders.

+ Support web and social media projects of the OTAC.

+ Develop and distribute SBIR program marketing and promotional materials.

+ Develop and coordinate tracking documents, progress reports, and agendas for various SBIR meetings.

+ Maintain and utilize geographical mapping tools to facilitate visualization of the locations of Small Business Program awardees, outreach activities, and related resources.

+ Document and analyze data.

+ Expand and maintain resource library of information materials.

+ Maintain the records management system to ensure proper filing, accountability, storage, and retrieval of files.

+ Attend meetings as needed, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.

+ Track action items during meetings and disseminate for staff implementation as appropriate.

+ Support the OTAC activities by performing a variety of other day-to-day project coordination and management functions and working with the OTAC staff on various joint projects and tasks.

+ Develop and implement processes and standard operation procedures for effective coordination and support of the OTAC outreach activities (including large-scale meetings, web events, and conferences) related to the SBIR program.

+ Track and maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date data for the SBIR Review Panel.

+ Manage Sales Force web portal/database of the SBIR awardees, applicants, potential applicants, and showcase companies.

+ Identify areas for operational improvements and make recommendations to the OTAC leadership.

**REQUIREMENTS.** The contractor must have:

+ Masters degree in a related field. Three (3) years of specialized experience plus a BA/BS degree is equivalent to a Masters degree.

+ Minimum of one (1) years professional experience is preferred.

+ Ability to interpret and apply appropriate federal regulations, policies and procedures related to travel, meeting planning, and timekeeping.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to perform document processing, data management and tracking, updating information on spreadsheets, and developing presentations.

+ Ability and desire to master customer relationship management software (e.g., salesforce), website design and content management systems (e.g., Drupal), and data visualization tools (e.g., Google maps).

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Excellent organizational skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
