We are currently seeking a Management Analyst to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

This is a long-term contract position which offers:

TASKS. The contractor shall:

+ Analyze data provided by staff from research or studies on a quantitative and qualitative basis.

+ Collaborate with staff to coordinate, prepare and analyze a wide array of reports.

+ Maintain and monitor integrated reporting systems for assigned programs; communicate information to senior level staff as required.

+ Provide logistical support for a variety of meetings, conferences and program activities.

+ Attend meetings, briefings and other activities in support of organizational programs; note commitments made; inform staff of commitments and deadlines.

+ Prepare briefing documents; gather, organize and summarize selected information.

+ Provide support for travel logistics, including arrangements and documentation.

+ Maintain and update staff schedules and calendars; schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls; provide background information; communicate with participants regarding agenda; draft meeting minutes and summaries.

+ Provide procurement assistance to project staff, including pre- and post- activities, drafting of documents, material review and tracking of progress and invoices.

+ Provide editorial assistance with reports and manuscripts; work with staff on manuscript submission for publication.

+ Track and maintain project expenditures/budget.

+ Inventory, order and track supplies and equipment.

+ Provide support for timekeeping and administrative management.

REQUIREMENTS. The contractor must have:

+ Bachelors degree in a related discipline,

+ Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.

+ Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

+ Above average statistical skills.

+ Experience with strategic planning, research management and improving efficiency.

+ Strong communications skills, both oral and written.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.

+ Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
