We are currently seeking a Management Analyst with the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD.





This is a long-term contract position which offers:

**TASKS.** The contractor shall:



(1) Develop and deliver Brown Bag trainings to IRP administrative staff.



(2) Create and present orientation materials for new IRP hires; gather, organize and summarize selected information; ensure that materials complement OFTs orientation program.



(3) Train existing laboratory administrative program staff to improve work products.



(4) Expand and update the IRP Administrative Staff SharePoint site.



(5) Serve as the IRP Timekeeper Coordinator.



(6) Conduct analytics on a broad range of administrative data.



(7) Develop metrics related to processing of administrative actions.



(8) Research and recommend resolutions for administrative issues.



(9) Generate spreadsheets for tracking administrative staff training, including type of training, cost and completion date to ensure that IRP is meeting mandatory NIH and NIMH training requirements.



(10) Set up and format spreadsheets to analyze information.



(11) Track and maintain project expenditures/budget.



(12) Collaborate with staff to coordinate, prepare and analyze a wide array of reports.



(13) Maintain and monitor integrated reporting systems for assigned programs; communicate information to staff as required.



(14) Establish and maintain a variety of subject matter and correspondence files; record connections.



(15) Gather and analyze information about processes and programs; prepare reports, letters and other documents for review and input for programs, policies and activities.







**REQUIREMENTS.** The contractor must have:



(1) Masters degree in a related discipline; three (3) years of specialized experience plus a Bachelors degree is equivalent to a Masters degree.



(2) Minimum of one (1) year of related experience.



(3) Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).



(4) Strong communications skills, both oral and written.



(5) Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
