We are currently seeking a Management Analyst to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD.

**TASKS.** The contractor shall:


+ Coordinate and work with the Division of Services and Intervention Research (DSIR) Office of the Director (DSIR OD) to ensure that the duties of the Division and DSIR Research Branches are executed, including portfolio analysis, grants monitoring, program checklists, etc.
+ Coordinate the preparation of reports and overviews for administrative activities, including budget, procurement, travel and staffing.
+ Set up and maintain spreadsheets for executive analysis.
+ Work with NIMH staff to assist or conduct management and administrative analysis; evaluate procedures, policies, processes and systems for the purpose of improving efficiency.
+ Provide project management for DSIR initiatives; track action items, tasks and progress; provide deadline reminders to Program staff; maintain spreadsheets of relevant information.
+ Provide support for a variety of workshops, meetings, conferences and related travel, including:

+ Track and coordinate logistics with the NIMH Office of Management, NIMH Office of Science Policy, Planning and Communication, and meeting planning contractors.

+ Coordinate meeting planning activities, including scheduling planning calls, preparing and distributing agendas and meeting materials, and obtaining necessary clearance and approvals.
+ Initiate and track status of cross-agency collaborations; assist in the preparation, submission, and monitoring of Memoranda of Understanding and Inter-agency agreements.
+ Assist DSIR Program staff in developing drafts of Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs), Contract Solicitations, and Notices; enter new FOAs, Contract Solicitations, and Notices into the appropriate forms/templates; monitor and track the initiative approval process.
+ Collaborate with staff to conduct analysis of NIH studies and NIMH grant portfolios; prepare summaries and graphics of findings for reports; retrieve data related to the review and administration of extramural grants from NIH and NIMH grants databases.
+ Perform scientific literature searches under the direction of Division Program staff.
+ Prepare briefing documents; gather, organize and summarize selected information; prepare presentation materials such as tables, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations.
+ Work with DSIR leadership in monitor and ensure that the duties of the Division and DSIR Research Branches are executed, including portfolio analysis, grants monitoring, program checklists, etc.
**REQUIREMENTS.** The contractor must have:


+ Master’s degree in a related discipline; two (2) years of specialized experience plus a Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to a Master’s degree.
+ Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
+ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Experience writing and editing documents.
+ Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
