We are currently seeking a Management Analyst to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD **.**

**TASKS.** The contractor shall:




+ Prepare travel documentation, vouchers, provide tax exempt forms (if applicable), and process all travel related support for BSP staff travel.

+ Update travel planning documents for AOs and BCs (i.e., branch allocations, NTPS) and provide updated lists quarterly.

+ Compile and maintain travel information (e.g., frequent flyer numbers, hotel member #s, TSA Pre/Global Entry #) for staff and provide to Omega.

+ Work with FIC (i.e., visas, passport) and OMS for scheduling of vaccinations, medicines for overseas travel, etc.

+ Work with BSP staff and NIAID MEET to set up and maintain events (e.g. recurring internal staff meetings, applicable workshops, seminars, guest speakers and other related activities), which includes supporting routine and one-of-a-kind or programmatic meetings; scheduling or maintaining calendars; reserving meeting space/equipment; preparing/distributing agendas; meeting logistics and other tasks determined by the BSP leadership.

+ Coordinate calendar invites for meetings, including checking attendees calendars for availabilities. Administer Doodle polls to survey availabilities of external partners. Set up teleconferences, PowerPoint presentations, and webinars.

+ Manage visits with external guests, meeting attendees, invited speakers, etc. to inform them of logistics for visiting Fishers Lane, hotel information, transportation, escort them through security, and to the meeting site.

+ Coordinate communications and reporting activities (e.g., calls for abstracts, SAIs, etc.) with the Workforce Operations, Communications and Reporting Branch in the DAIDS Office of the Director.

+ Coordinate timekeeping activities for federal personnel. Keep abreast of leave policies and serve as a resource for staff on these matters.

+ Assist in the collection, compilation, and distribution of relevant information for a variety of meetings related to BSP management (e.g., BSP retreats, BSP staff meetings).

+ Develop and update content on SharePoint portal site for BSP. Activities include site/community development, establishment of document libraries and other SharePoint content, and attendance at SharePoint trainings when necessary.

+ Work on special cross-cutting/ad hoc projects, attend special annual/ad hoc scientific meetings and participate on certain working groups and/or conference calls at the discretion of the BSP Leadership.

+ Perform other duties as requested to support BSP and DAIDS-wide activities.

+ Serve as a liaison with AOs regarding new employee onboarding, management of office and IT equipment, etc.

+ Order supplies as needed by BSP staff





**REQUIREMENTS.** The contractor must have:




+ Bachelors degree required. Three (3) years of specialized experience plus a Bachelors degree is equivalent to a Masters Degree.

+ Two (2) years of related management experience.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Experience in project management preferred.
