We are currently seeking a Management Analyst to work part-time (20 hours/week) with the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD.

This is a long-term contract position which offers:

**TASKS.** The contractor shall:

+ Provide program management support and strategic planning expertise to CPRB and PMPRB staff developing the fiscal and operational deliverables for the HIV Prevention Trials Network awards as well as other programs such as Methods for Prevention Packages Program.

+ Support CPRB and PMPRB Branch Chiefs in managing research budgets on grants, cooperative agreements and contracts.

+ Coordinate all operational and administrative activities related to CPRB and PMPRB strategic planning processes, program evaluation, reporting activities, personnel and financial management.

+ Act as primary CPRB and PMPRB contact to PSP-wide and DAIDS-wide management working groups, including being the alternate for representing PSP at meetings of the DAIDS Office of the Director Management Team.

+ Coordinate communications and reporting activities with the Workforce Operations, Communications and Reporting Branch.

+ Oversee the planning of various meetings relevant to CPRB and PMPRB research activities; coordinate all planning activities on meeting logistics such as conference room allocation, agenda development, action items collation and oversight.

+ Travel, to participate in certain domestic/international meetings, trainings or site visits to assist federal staff.

+ Prepare and/or edit high profile CPRB and PMPRB meeting summaries, reports, briefing documents, program announcements, and presentations for internal and public audiences.

+ Work on special cross-cutting/ad hoc projects, attend special regional/annual/ad hoc scientific meetings and participate on certain working groups and/or conference calls at the discretion of the CPRB and PMPRB Branch Chiefs.

+ Maintain relevant SharePoint sites.

**REQUIREMENTS.** The contractor must have:

+ Bachelors degree in a related discipline.

+ Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a related field.

+ Demonstrated experience working in a clinical environment, with demonstrated experience with program and protocol management, and budget tracking.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
