**Job Title: Manager, Health Economics and Outcomes Research**

**Pay: $67 per hour**

**Responsibilities** :

The Manager, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), contractor role in pipeline Neuroscience will support the development and execution of strategies for the broad pipeline assets to establish leadership. The individual will liaises with other members of the neuroscience team and cross functional team as needed to generate innovative ideas, create alignment on strategies and ensure the execution of HEOR evidence plan.

**Core Responsibilities**

Supports the development of the strategic plans and studies to support patient access all within a highly matrixed, team environment

Communicate study findings to internal and external audiences as needed and under the guidance of Neuroscience directors.

Develops and executes HEOR projects including writing RFP, vendor selection, and management including budget

Executes HEOR research using internal data sets including writing protocols and statistical analysis plans, defending in protocol review committee, and executing research with analyst to writing final reports or publications

Manage vendors in conducting HEOR studies including economic models, data base analysis, patient centered outcomes development and/or validation

Engage and interact with internal matrix teams as needed

**Education & Experiences**

PhD in Health economics, Pharmacoeconomics, health services research, public health. epidemiology or related field. Relevant experience consulting with or in pharmaceutical environment is a plus. Will consider MD or PharmD, both with an MS in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco) epidemiology or any other related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Level commensurate with experience
