Description **Job Description**

Manager of 3 Support Positions for a Customer Service location that will be developing and managing customers purchasing digital access to sporting events. . This is NOT an I/T desktop support position but is best suited for a troubleshooter who has worked on streaming devices with customer service. Will manage the team of 2 that support a customer service environment of 20-40 employees communicating with customers solely through on-line chat and emails. No phones!

Provide solutions for streamlining issues

Develop the Customer Services Knowledge Centre

Be responsible for reducing PTC by improving our product

Create high quality daily, weekly and monthly reports

Work with the wider CS team to improve our NPS rating

You will be a people manager and have recruitment responsibilities

**Requirements**

Very strong technical skills with working knowledge of service desk tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence etc and customer support tools such as SalesForce

- Ability to identify issues on streaming devices and provide solutions

- Knowledge and experience of Customer Services practices

- Must have keen interest in global sports

- Experience working under pressure with the flexibility to meet the requirements of a 24/7 365 day per year operations team

- Previous experience working in a support function on a live sport product

- Ability to identify problems and scope out solutions
