Description Our client, one of nation's leading biomedical device manufacturers, a leader in its industry for over 80 years, is currently hiring for four (4) Manufacturing Associates opportunities at its location in Brea, California. This assignment is paying $13 to $14 per hour based on experience and is tentatively starting in May. This is an initial one-year, temporary position with the possibility for extension and/or temp-to-hire opportunity.

***** Prior experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a manufacturing setting preferred. Performance testing experience is a plus. *****

**Job Summary:**

Manufacturing Associate position for QC Final Test will perform all aspects of product line performance testing, by simulating the end user customer operation, following detailed test procedures and verifying compliance to specification.

**Job Duties:**


+ Enter quality data into pre-defined computer programs.
+ Identify and report any quality issues.
**Qualifications/Skills:**


+ Ability to read prints and graphs.
+ Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures.
+ Ability and desire to work in a team orientated environment.
+ Ability to identify production or quality issues.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Basic math and computer skills.
+ Detailed oriented, quality conscious, and an aptitude for maintaining records.
**Education:**


+ Requires high school diploma or completed GED with 1-2 years’ related work experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a manufacturing setting.
+ Electronic Technical degree a plus.
**Environment:**


+ Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

+ Overtime / Saturdays may be required at times depending upon business need.
+ Inside working conditions.
+ Will have interaction with other people.
+ Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
+ Physical demands include being able to sit or stand for most of the work day as well as have good hand-to-eye coordination.
