Kelly Services is currently hiring **Manufacturing Associates** for one of our top clients in Plainfield, IN. These are **Temp-to-hire** positions!

**Job Description:**

This position is responsible for repairing, assembling, testing, packaging and/or inspecting mechanical and electrical components and final assemblies. Responsible for following all procedures and policies related to this job which can affect the quality of products and services provided to customers.

**Job Duties:**

+ Follow specifications, assembly drawings and process instructions used to assemble electro-mechanical components or sub-assemblies
+ Demonstrate the ability to use the appropriate equipment, tools and machines in order to complete assigned tasks
+ Demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
+ Inspect parts according to quality standards
+ Responsible for inventory control of parts in assigned work area, also cross-trained on processes/assemblies in other departments
+ Able to read and understand assembly blueprints and process documentation

+ Apply basic mathematics to job process
+ Ability to utilize a variety of test equipment to test parts/products
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to work at a fast pace
+ Good manual dexterity
+ Able to perform repetitive task through entire shift
+ Able to stand, bend, stoop, and twist
+ Occasional lifting/moving of light objects (1 to 50 lbs.)
+ Some pushing and pulling of product weighing up to 60 lbs.
**Minimum Requirements:**

+ High School or equivalent
+ 1-2 years of previous manufacturing preferred
+ Prior experience in medical device electro-mechanical assembly in an FDA-regulated environment preferred, but not necessary
+ Ability to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
+ Demonstrated initiative and the ability to perform as part of a team
**Shift Available:**

2nd Shift: 4:30pm - 1:00am ($11.75)
