Description **Kelly Engineering** is currently recruiting for a **(Direct Hire) (Manufacturing Engineering Manager)** job located in **Huntington Valley, PA.** Plans, organizes and directs engineering to meet company objectives for prototype, design, new product introduction and improvement of existing product lines.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**


+ Plans research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements.
+ Drive improvements in all manufacturing processes.
+ Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
+ Investigates, recommends, and justifies new technologies, manufacturing methods and equipment to meet competitive business needs and improve efficiencies.
+ Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and projects while satisfying internal and external customer needs.
+ Develops, determines and implements policies, procedures and programs.
+ Ensures required technical support for all process and product issue resolution.
+ Analyze and design layout of equipment and workspace ensuring maximum efficiency.
+ Document processes and train operators and other personnel.
+ Create and revise documents such as Work Instructions, Training Guides, and Preventative Maintenance.
+ Assist in developing and conducting validation protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ activities.
+ Analyze process outputs using statistical methods to ensure stability.
+ Approves and submits proposals considered feasible to management for consideration.
+ Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
+ Lead the Manufacturing Engineering department to deliver timely and accurate products/services with zero defects.
**Qualifications:**


+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
+ Medical device experience preferred
+ Strong manufacturing background (CNC/Metalcutting)
