Manufacturing Operator First Shift

How about this one?** Were seeking for our glass manufacturer client in Worcester, MA a Manufacturing Operator to assist their Warehouse. This role is eligible for Kelly Services Contractor benefits/perks: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage. With us, its all about finding the job thats just right.
Role is Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm and the **pay rate is $20.00/hr** . Contract is set to last through mid-August (position is contract for 3-months with a possibility of up to 6-months). The client is open to taking the candidate temp-to-hire.
Typical Job duties include (but are not limited to):
+ This Inventory based role is responsible for supporting the operation by establishing inventory levels; receiving and verifying inventory; and monitoring material usage. This position will be a support role to help identify improvements within our inventory control system.
+ This position will be extremely active on the manufacturing floor to work with employees and supervisors, although some office work will be required most of the work day will be on your feet in the operation.
+ Record production data, including volume produced consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures
+ Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
+ Coordinates with department supervisors, scheduling and or equipment problems so limitations may be identified and planned for efficiently. Physical Demands/Efforts
+ May be exposed to manufacturing areas and typical office environments
**Must-have job requirements** :
High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required
Able to work possible weekends, swing shifts as business needs demands
At least one year of warehouse experience
Computer based software applications such as MS Office, SAP, Access Database, Bar Code systems, printers, copiers, general office equipment Knowledge of production machinery capabilities and capacity work flow preferred
Effective communications skills, in writing and verbally.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear The employee is required to sit, climb stairs or kneel, crouch
Some tasks may require repetitive motion and keyboard operation Frequent walking between office and factory
_Mental & Visual Demands_ Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Work Environment Limited or at times prolonged exposure to manufacturing area elements Various PPE devices & equipment such as gloves, safety shoes, hearing protection and glasses may be required when in the manufacturing area.
