Job Description –
Grader – Taking the primary packaging that comes down the line after it’s sealed. They will double check the date and place primary packaging into secondary packaging (cardboard box). Once there’s a specific # of bags in each box employees will push box down the line.
o Packer – Ensuring the cooked product that has just been cut is in the package that will eventually get sealed. Physically moving the meat into the package. Making sure there’s no product on the seal so the bag will seal properly.
**Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
**Employees will rotate within these departments but not from one to the other. Approximate hours below, employees will need to be flexible with shift start/end times based on needs and department

o 1st shift: M-Fr 6:30am-3:00pm- $11.10/hr
o 2nd shift: M-Fri 2:45pm-11:15pm OR Mon-Thurs 5:00pm-3:30am - $11.25/hr
o Mini Weekend shift - Fri-Sun 7:00am-7:00pm - $12.35/hr

• Required qualifications or experience:
o Must be over 18
o 1-2 yrs of steady work employment
