Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Manufacturing Technician Fill/Finish to join their team in Newark, CA for a molecular pathology company developing cell- and tissue-based diagnostic tests for personalized medicine. **Manufacturing Technician Fill/Finish**


**Contract: Duration = ~6 Months (full-time/non-exempt/W-2)**


**Pay Rate: $22-26.00/Hour**


**Schedule/Shift: Monday Friday/Day = 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (PT)**


Advanced Cell Diagnostics, Inc. (ACD) is a leader in the field of molecular pathology and tissue-based

Position Description:


We seek a highly motivated and energetic Manufacturing Technician to join our Manufacturing team in


Newark, CA. An ideal candidate will have some ISO and/or GMP experience and be able to adapt to shifting


priorities in a fast-paced work environment. This position involves following established procedures and


protocols to fill and label sub-assemblies as well as packaging final products from sub-assemblies.


Key Responsibilities:


+ Execute filling and kit assembly job functions with minimal supervision.

+ Assist in other manufacturing tasks such as custom builds, special work orders, etc.

+ Participate in new product introduction or new product validations as required.

+ Participate in general laboratory maintenance such as regular cleaning of lab facilities, cleaning of lab ware, disposal of waste, etc.

+ Place orders, restock, and organize manufacturing consumables.

+ Follow safety and quality standards in manufacturing.


Occasional Duties & Responsibilities:


+ Perform routine equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.

+ Participate in inventory count.

+ Perform other equipment maintenance such as de-frost freezers and refrigerators and other routine cleaning, etc.


Qualifications:


+ Detail oriented, efficient and a team player.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

+ Able to multi-task and prioritize workload.

+ Experience working under ISO 13485 is a plus.

+ Previous manufacturing experience in biotech or pharmaceutical company is strongly desired.

+ A.A. Degree is required or B.S. in Biological Sciences.


Physical Requirements:


This position requires lifting up 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time and carrying out repetitive tasks on a


daily basis.
