Location: La Palma, CA, 90623, USA

Description The **Brand Assistant** is a 6 month temporary assignment that will support the implementation of new marketing programs. The role will be the interface between Category Managers and design agencies to support the development of new store image, packaging design and development of new Point of Sale (POP) materials. He / she will also support the Advertising Mnger in executing brand activations related to Sponsoships.

This role will be based in **La Palma, CA** .

**Roles and Responsibilities**


+ Work with Category Managers to ensure information accuracy on new packaging, digital boards and other POP graphic materials
+ Work with creative agencies on continually evolving packaging design and new store image
+ Coordinate photo shoots and asset management
+ Support advertising manager on sport sponsorships programs
+ Help develop creative briefs for various creative projects including radio, in-stadium signage, digital work with creative agency to develop advertising materials
**Essential Education**


+ Bachelor's degree in related field required
+ Essential experience and job requirements
+ Basic knowledge of production process for all mediums (print/collateral, interactive traditional disciplines)
+ Ability to communicate clearly and openly
+ Excellent organization and multi-tasking are essential to this position
+ Meticulous attention to detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy
+ Excellent written and verbal skills
+ Have great problem solving skills
+ Delivers on self-contained projects unaided (small to medium-sized scope)
+ Ability to anticipate potential issues
+ Ability to multitask, collaborate, build trust, foster relationships
+ Works well under accelerated timelines
+ Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Fluent spoken and written English.
**Desirable criteria & qualifications**


+ Strong planning, prioritization, project management competencies
+ Motivated, energetic, self-starter
**Travel required:** Yes - up to 20%
