**Title:** Data Management & Reporting Specialist

**Duration:** 6+ months

**Location:** Plainsboro NJ

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ The Data Management & Reporting Specialist is responsible for sustaining the data integrity efforts and maintaining the data integrity of the patient customer data by developing an ongoing data hygiene strategy, establishing benchmarks and metrics and measuring against benchmarks to identify data-related issues.

+ The Data Management & Reporting Specialist develops solutions for issues and creates reporting dashboards.

+ This role focuses on data management and reporting pertaining to patient-facing technology.

+ Reports to the Data Management & Reporting Lead. The position interacts with multiple client internal functions, such as CRM Operations, Brand Managers, Digital Strategy, Campaign QA, Strategic Capabilities, Emerging Technologies, Marketing Operations, IT, as well as external operational vendors and agencies.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Support data integrity efforts and maintain data integrity of the patient customer data

+ Maintain the integrity of data in the HCP Campaign Management Platform for incoming registrations, engagements and email address hygiene and deliverability by creating dashboards and tools to identify issues

+ Monitor email address safety and blacklisting and maintain email deliverability and reporting

+ Support data appending to target files and support the distribution of promotion suppression files to third party marketing partners

+ Assist in strategizing solutions to produce new targeting capabilities for new brand campaigns

+ Serve as a supporting point-of-contact for all brand marketing teams for the administration of IMS/AMA third party agreements (TPA) which are necessary for clients third party marketing partners for patient campaigns

+ Assist with the onboarding of new marketing partners by working with IT to enable the data feeds for opt in and opt out as well as the third-party response files needed to support the Marketing Mix and other Commercial effectiveness analytics and ROI studies needed to evaluate the vendors

+ Assist in onboarding additional Data Management and Quality Assurance personnel

+ Provide business intelligence and reporting for each brand by leveraging analytics and reporting, owning metrics optimization and assuming campaign success

+ Manage Campaign Management quality and performance, own suppression management, develop Omni Pilot analysis and perform quality control of production update and campaign execution

+ Liaise with key partners (e.g., CE and 3rd parties and work with CE Marketing Mix and cost/response collection) and manage performance of internal database delivery resources

+ Author documentation, review deliverables and ensure compliance to documentation standards

+ Provide resolutions for system failures, research data resolutions and support root-cause investigations

+ Assume campaign success by leveraging leading-edge analytics and reporting to generate insights and inform decision-making

+ Interface with the call center and engage in tagging validation


+ Demonstrated competency in managing complex marketing data environments

+ 3 years of experience developing, executing and maintaining database marketing campaigns

+ Experience in pharmaceutical database marketing preferred

+ Experience in applying systematic and rigorous analytics methods to improve business processes

+ Knowledge of SQL, marketing campaign tools and ETL tools desired

+ Hands-on experience working with robust campaign management BI and analytical tools such as Qlik, Tableau, etc., required

+ Self-sufficiency and ability to query the database, identify issues/gaps, and proactively investigate and escalate issues with proposed solutions to the Data Management & Reporting Lead

**Education / Experience:**

+ Bachelors Degree required, ideally with a technology focus

+ 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
