**Job Description**


MARKETING Duties

- Generate business by developing new and maintaining existing relationships with physicians, social workers, senior organizations, nursing home professionals, discharge planners, case managers and other medical professionals including pharmacies

- Pre-plans and arranges pre-determined number of calls per day; documents calls and encounters

- Responsible for all digital marketing initiatives to include the company website and social media

- Conducts follow up calls to current and prospective clients/customers, etc. within a regularly scheduled call cycle

- Responsible for preparing and submitting plans for marketing business and provide new marketing/advertising/public relations information to management. Makes recommendations on business initiatives for business growth

- Responsible for advertising/ public relations of WeCare brand and of the services provided

- Represents company at public functions to include community initiatives, conferences, job fairs

- Serve as a liaison with graphic designer for marketing materials such as posters, fliers, business ads, etc.


RECRUITMENT/CAREGIVER SERVICES Duties

Responsible for the recruitment/ orientation of quality caregivers for the registry to include the following:

- Develops recruitment strategies to achieve desired registry numbers

- Provides information on company and contract opportunities to potential caregivers on the registry. Screens and refers qualified registrants for interviewing in a timely manner. Conducts initial phone screenings.

- Schedules and coordinates face-to-face interviews, checks references, provides necessary paperwork, responsible for all necessary on-boarding processes and completing applicant file before orientation.

- Schedules and conducts orientation for new caregivers.

- Completely sets up caregiver paper file and electronic file in system.

- Follows up with existing caregivers to assure file compliance (certifications, bonds, health status, availability, fees, etc.)

- Updates system and files updated verifications into caregiver-s file.

- Develops and maintains professional relationships with college and university career placement offices as a source of obtaining qualified applicants.

- Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff (as necessary).


CLIENT SERVICES Duties

- Tracks referrals, client intakes and conducts follow up as necessary

- Responsible for performing follow up with all unconverted potential clients in prospective status; and documenting accordingly

- Perform other related duties as required and assigned


**Requirements**


QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 3 years- experience in Sales, Marketing or Product Management

- Will be organized and efficient in all office tasks, congenial, motivated, and possess exceptional customer care, customer service skills, and abilities.

- Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients and their families, caregivers and co-workers. Including ability to proficiently follow and process written and verbal instructions.

- Demonstrates ability to utilize computer for windows based programs, telephones, voicemail, fax machine, and other common office devices.


REQUIREMENTS


- Must have strong marketing and sales abilities with demonstrated results

- Must have demonstrated leadership skills

- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy required

- Must be highly organized and results-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Must be able to develop a reporting mechanism for tracking client follow up and fundraising endeavors. Responsible for reporting any marketing and fundraising initiatives to senior management.

- Ability to multi-task. Must be able to prioritize duties on a daily basis in response to rapidly changing needs

- Ability to work flexible hours as required

- Local travel is required, must have valid driver-s license and access to a motor vehicle

- Strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization.

- Personable, congenial, highly motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred: Bachelor-s Degree in Marketing, Communications. 5+ years Healthcare Sales and/or Marketing experience
