**Title:** Marketing Research Professional (Consumer Interaction/Insight)

**Duration:** 6+ months

**Location:** Beaverton OR

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.
+ Assist in the acquisition of knowledge and understanding of consumer social and cultural macro trends
+ Consumer insights and foundation - execute insights agenda, complete custom research planning, consumer profiles/constructs
+ Seasonal concept creation - support the pre CKO process in partnership with category brand team, set up and lead consumer days and ideation workshops.
+ The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.
+ Develop an annual plan for database construction and capabilities in support of category, brand, and product initiatives and strategies
+ Lead and brief internal and external resources on database needs and resource requirements; manage overall budget
+ Deliver macro-level consumer trends in culture, sport, retail and art/fashion through extensive database mining and research
+ Facilitate seasonal/categorical discovery and planning processes to provide team with clear direction and roadmaps.

+ 3 years marketing experience preferred, expertise in consumer interaction/insight, research and design, proven ability to turn multiple insight sources into actionable strategies, strong ideation facilitation exp, exp driving consumer centric planning and development User experience

**Education / Experience:**

+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
