Kelly Services has an outstanding part time opportunity for a Marketing Specialist (Promotions) with one of our top clients located in Allentown, PA.



This is a 2 day a week opportunity.



Marketing Specialist Purpose: To assist in content writing and be an administrative resource for the team .Nature and Scope This person is expected to support/administer the Marketing department activities to aid in advancing growth objectives. This includes a multitude of functions that ensure the Marketing department runs effectively and efficiently. As and when needed, the candidate may also need to assist with other projects or activities.



PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Develop internal success stories and corporate news articles to tell the story of our business units, our exciting growth, and how we are meeting customer needs.2. Assist with marketing content and posting for social channels, email, web, and other marketing materials.3. Assign incoming leads to the appropriate Business Development Manager.4. Administrate invoice receipt and payment.5. Quality controller of marketing department documentation i.e. Management of Change, specifications, and audit support .6. Administrate marketing material in support of new branding, product introductions, website content, and handouts.7. Update SharePoint site to include organization of files, file naming conventions, and maintenance.8. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases and/or presentation software.



JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree level education-Associates Degree or equivalent-Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, marketing or quality support position-Strong writing skills-Strong Computer skills MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint ExperienceThis position requires an individual with an ability and desire to work in fast pace environment. We are looking for self-motivated, goal-driven individuals. The candidate must demonstrate strong writing and organizational skills, and an excellent ability to communicate effectively with other employees.



Top three must haves:Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills Experience posting to social channels Willingness to assist in as-needed department administrative functions.
