We have a great opportunity at our client E&J Gallo Winery in Modesto, CA. This is a temporary assignment.

Master Data Entry/Sourcing Analyst

Pay: $24.00/hr

8am-5pm, M-F

Remote until on-site is allowed

Building: Operations


Participates in the research and analysis of financial and business related functions to assess the impact of various projects, systems and transactions.


Participates in evaluating the creation and appropriateness of winery and partner data records; engages in the maintenance of records.

Prepares MS Excel load files using necessary calculations for master data uploads

Analyzes end to end process as it correlates to master date needs and engages with cross-functional business partners to ensure alignment

Evaluates Identifies potential non-compliant eligibility situations and proposes solution.

Maintains hierarchies, enforces integrity and reviews procedures and process flow to allow for synchronization of data between systems.

Coordinates collection, use, and reporting of data across multiple departments including finance, operations, IS, forecasting, planning & scheduling, compliance, marketing, new products and supplier development.

Designs case code templates consistent with state and federal regulations for use in on-line printer applications; maintains website case code files under supervision.

Participates, supports, and drives improvement in the master data source document process, and change management process when tied to new product development projects.

Engages in the ATO process.

Participates in the change management roadmap.

Supports current discontinuation processes and improvements; participates in the development, documentation and training of department procedures.

Reviews data integrity audits.

Supports corporate initiatives and policies such as Supplier Certification, ISO 9001,

GMP and industry best practice.

Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.

Performs at a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Skilled in solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Maintains strong analytical and organization skills; effectively prioritizes and assigns task.

Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.

Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Business Administration plus 2 years of operations management, supply chain or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.


Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of operations management, supply chain, or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Possesses a valid notary license.

Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.

Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Experience presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Skilled in the use of MS Word, SharePoint, Access, Excel, PowerPoint

Skilled in working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

Skilled in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Skilled in interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Experience with applying established procedures to situations that are non-routine in nature requiring some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.

Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.

Skilled in multi-tasking.

Experience with performing detail oriented tasks; identifying and correcting discrepancies where necessary.

Experience with maintaining a professional, team-like relationship with peers, internal and external customers.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience using discretion in dealing with confidential information.
