**Master Scheduler**

• The position is up to 2 year assignment within Global Technology Services, responsible for leading efforts related to project scheduling for Product Technology Transfers within the PGS Sterile Injectables Network, with primary focus on activities essential for robust product transfers between and within manufacturing sites. Activities include working with the Global Technology Services organization, Global Supply Chain, Global and Site Engineering, Quality Operations, Global Regulatory and local receiving and sending site Validation and Operations personnel to ensure the success of technology transfer projects and product supply continuity. The scope includes transfer efforts from Rocky Mount to Vizag, from McPherson to Rocky Mount, and internal transfer activities within Rocky Mount.
• The position is responsible for managing colleague efforts from multiple organizations to achieve successful, on-time execution of robust technical projects, ensuring PGS supply targets. The position will have direct reporting line to the Program Management Office Leader, and will have cross-functional accountabilities with Project Scheduling Leads at Vizag, Rocky Mount, and McPherson. The position will provide primary scheduling oversight for all product transfer activities across the three sites.
• The position will work with Global Supply Chain colleagues to ensure that Product Transfer Plans align with supply cutover plans across the network. Interdependencies between the network sites will be identified and managed. Enhanced management and visibility to current progress and issues, and more structured alignment across the network will enable efficient decision making on trade-off opportunities, mitigation of potential supply deficiencies, and optimized deployment of resources and efforts.
• Act as the primary point of contact responsible for integrating and coordinating scheduling for the product transfers and capital project plans related to activities across Vizag, Rocky Mount, and McPherson sites, clarifying resources and timing interdependencies for transfers across all sites. Supply chain interdependencies and any conditional manufacturing trade-offs will be identified and managed through an integrated project schedule. Integration of supply cutover plans with site specific transfer plans is required.
• Identify any potential efficiency within the site transfer plans. Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities. Identification of key interdependencies is critical to effective integration of project plans. Monitor schedule deviations and variances across the network activities to anticipate any potential affects to schedule performance.
• The position will coordinate scheduling for OpEx readiness, and other knowledge transfer activities as required. Includes such activities as they relate directly to site tech transfer efforts described above, using ZDT and COSMO principles. Expectation is for PUP, PI, C&E and FMEA utilization rollout across the identified sites for product transfers
• Position will review schedule with project teams on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely data are incorporated into the integrated plans. Create and maintain a record of scope changes, trends and variances across all efforts, and assist in development of impact assessments and alternatives.
• The position will work within the Project Management structure to provide a high degree of visibility to site-specific project needs and FTE requirements. Position will work with the Program Lead and develop and maintain appropriate communication tools and updates to the program stakeholders

**Skills:**

• Knowledge of supply chain management and demand forecasting is preferred but not required. Manufacturing Operations experience is preferred but not required.
• Project management Qualification / Experience preferred with competency using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• There is an expectation of domestic travel primarily between multiple network sites in Rocky Mount North Carolina, McPherson Kansas, and Peapack New Jersey, with the possibility of international travel to Vizag India. Percent travel commitment will vary dependent on project stage, however 20% travel would minimally be expect

**Education/Experience:**

• Bachelor’s Degree (primarily in Science or Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline)
• 5+ years of experience as a planner/schedule on projects related to Drug Product Technical Programs that include processing and manufacturing pharmaceutical products in general and sterile injectable products in particular.
