Materials Inventory Coordinator (1st shift)

Kelly Services has an immediate need for a MATERIALS INVENTORY COORDINATOR. This 1 st shift position is in Dublin and pays between $16-20/hour. Please review the JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS below and should you qualify, follow the instructions to apply.


+ Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the movement of materials and parts through the production cycle and ensure materials and parts are allocated to the proper manufacturing or customer order and finished goods inventory.

+ Review, record, and report stockroom inventory to achieve a 100% fill rate on all customer orders, service orders and subassemblies for the production floor.

+ Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy using a timely cycle counting plan.

+ Ensure accurate and timely receipt of purchased materials to support the production plan, monitoring inbound materials for shipment damage. Identify discrepancies in shipment paperwork in receipt process.

+ Manage all vendor returns.

+ Conduct weekly consignment inventory counts and place replenishment orders

+ Execute timely processing of shop orders for production, customer orders for finished goods and service parts.

+ Review and report discrepancies in the CAI ERP system for the Command materials team including part numbers, bills of materials, routings and supplier data base.

+ Coordinate material flows throughout product/BOM changes, obsolescence and the introduction of new suppliers and/or materials due to new product development or design change.

+ Review material planning system parameters (MOQ, lead time, order point quantities, etc.).


+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Previous experience with ERP/MRP systems

+ MS Office skills with specific understanding of MS Excel and MS Word

+ Ability to manipulate and utilize various hand tools

+ Self-directed problem solver

+ Strong judgement and decision-making skills

+ APICS courses preferred
