**Four-month internship via Kelly Services**

The Health Technology team is a new group based in San Francisco, CA, created to drive strategic adoption of technology across the client’s family of companies. The team is comprised primarily of experienced operating leaders from successful technology companies (e.g. Google, Dropbox, LinkedIn), and partners with commercial and R&D leaders to identify opportunities to use technology to address health challenges at global scale. The team also develops the strategic and operational plans around those opportunities and executes the applicable product, program, partnership, investment and acquisition needs.

The Health Tech Partnerships & Corporate Development team is responsible for identifying and executing strategic technology partnerships, acquisitions, and investments across the client’s family of companies consumer, medical device, and pharmaceuticals businesses. As an MBA intern, you will work closely with the entire Health Tech team, as well as other teams within the company, and own several strategic projects while also providing support on active deals.

**Responsibilities**


+ Research health technology companies, perform build/buy/partner analyses, and develop frameworks for identifying partnership and acquisition targets
+ Identify and recommend top partnership and acquisition targets across key focus areas and franchises (including Baby, Beauty, OTC, digital surgery, e-commerce, and telemedicine)
+ Perform competitive and industry landscape analysis
+ Support active deal opportunities, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, negotiations
**Qualifications**


+ Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record; current enrollment in a top MBA program
+ 3+ years of strategy, partnerships, and/or corporate development at a technology company (and/or relevant work experience at an investment bank, consulting firm, private equity or venture firm)
+ Analytical and creative thinker, with a solid understanding of consumer and enterprise software business models and strong modeling skills
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break complex issues down into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
+ Self-starter with bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
+ Passion for health and well care
+ Great sense of humor
+ Preferred: digital health experience
