Description Kelly Services is currently seeking for **Mechanic Operators** for one of our top clients in **Aibonito, PR**

**GENERAL SUMMARY:**

Operate automatic machinery and / or semi-automated manufacturing processes and make adjustments and repairs as necessary to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**


1. Operate automatic machinery and / or semiautomatic controlling manufacturing operation within the operating parameters established by procedures, specifications and safety and environmental regulations.
2. Observe the manufacturing process and controls panels electromechanical equipment and controls adjustments or repairs when necessary. Report conditions of the machine or equipment that could affect its proper functioning.
3. Supplementing materials to assigned machines. Inspect, pack and document the material according to the procedures of the plant. Coordinate and monitor the use of materials in the areas of the department.
4. Perform ¿set-up¿ of code changes following the appropriate equipment manuals and product specifications and procedures.
5. Carrying out routine, preventive and corrective maintenance such as cleaning, oiling and lubrication of machinery.
**QUALIFICATIONS (QUALIFICATIONS):**


+ Associate degree or its equivalent in studies of mechanical, electronic, tool & dye (troquelaría) and 0-1 years of experience in mechanics, electronics, tool & dye (troquelaría) or other activity related to the operation of automatic or semiautomatic equipment.
+ Knowledge Measurement (Caliper, Micrometer, Ruler, etc.).
+ Establishes priority work. Ability to analyze and distinguish situations
malfunctions to identify possible causes and solutions. Identify deviations in process parameters, stop the machine if necessary, and make corrections or assistance necessary to manage your corrections.
+ Availability to work on other shifts and extra time as required by the supervisor of the department.
+ Follow instructions and procedures required. Work with minimal supervision.
