**Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities Include:**


+ Managing electro-mechanical new product development projects

+ Design and develop electro-mechanical prototypes and testing of new products

+ Investigate, recommend, and support continuous product improvements, cost reductions and value engineering opportunities to the product lines

+ Prepares product development objectives and schedules for assigned projects in all phases of product development and introduction to the market

+ Confer with vendors to determine specifications of materials, components, and quality requirements

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide input to product specifications responsive to customer needs and market opportunities


**Mechanical Engineer Requirements**


+ 5+ years of New Product Development experience with an electro-mechanical product

+ BS Degree in a technical discipline
