Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking a **Medical Affairs Immunology Associate** for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients in Horsham, PA.

This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly. This role is full-time and is offering full benefit options. This individual will be a part of the Immunology Medical Affairs Strategic Operations Team with membership within the Immunology Medical Affairs group. In close collaboration with the cross-functional groups across US and Global Medical Affairs, this role will be responsible for supporting cross-functional integration of operational activities, including coordinating across workgroups, facilitating issue identification and resolution, problem solving, contingency planning and execution of projects within the target timelines.

+ Some activities that may require the support of the Project Associate include, but are not limited to, booth planning, vendor management, maintaining documents, data entry, managing excel documents, and designing presentations.

+ This individual will work across Therapeutic Areas to help plan for medical booth activities by organizing content and timelines, tracking progress of projects, submitting content for appropriate reviews, and ensuring clear communication across all groups.

+ Additionally, this individual will provide clinical project management support for ongoing and new research activities, such as Investigator Initiated Studies and Company Sponsored Studies.

+ They will primarily provide support through data entry, tracking the status of studies, and slide development for study related presentations.

**Essential Functions:**

**Booth Development Activities**

+ Gather and organize content

+ Track progress of projects and ensure timelines are met

+ Track and maintain clear communication across all groups

+ Submit content for review in applicable systems

**Clinical Project Scientist Support**

+ Track studies and maintain timelines

+ Update excel documents and slide presentations

+ Support clinical study meetings, including agenda/minutes/dissemination of relevant documents

+ Support initiatives for process improvement

+ Data Entry


+ BA/BS or MA/MS/MBA Bachelor s degree in the life sciences, medical sciences, chemistry, or business field

+ Preferably, at least one to two years industry experience, including project management or clinical research experience.

+ Planning, organizing, and supporting operations related to ongoing projects

+ Leadership skills in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills for bridging between scientific and business participants, for supporting timelines and for effective interactions with all levels of the organization.

+ Problem solving skills - developing creative solutions to maintain project timelines; ability to resolve conflicts in an objective fashion

+ Strong planning and tracking skills, capable of managing multiple projects, excellent time management with respect to priorities and self-management.

+ Excellent organization skills keeping track of relevant content, documents, and communications.

+ Excellent skills developing, designing, and maintaining slide decks and excel documents

+ Core competencies to include delivery of results, gaining commitment, interdependent partnering, customer focus, building trust, change management, masters complexity, innovation, and communications.
