**Kelly Science & Clinical has a new ~6-month temp to perm opportunity for a Medical Affairs Project Manager in the Greater Philadelphia area.**


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


+ Support the Medical Affairs team in both functional and therapeutic teams within the Operations department

+ Execute a variety of strategic and tactical projects such as developing project scope documents, project plans, and resource allocations

+ Prepare materials for medical education, grants, advisory boards, and medical booths/symposia

+ Support early-pipeline programs for rare and genetic diseases

+ Facilitate meetings with cross-functional team members that deliver concise and clear expectations

+ Provide quarterly forecasts, timelines, and financial changes by tracking variances at the program level

+ Ensure PM tools and metrics are used to enhance projects and program delivery


You are a great fit if you meet the following qualifications:


+ Bachelors Degree within a Life or Physical Sciences

+ ~3-5+ years of Medical Affairs Project Management, required

+ PMP Certification is preferred

+ Scientific literacy with the ability to effectively communicate advanced concepts

+ Demonstrated experience scheduling, task and delivery, risk and issue identification

+ Thrives in deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects at once

+ Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for prioritizing and forecasting project completions

+ Not afraid to ask questions to ensure targeted outcomes are achieved
