+ **Hours:** 6 am - 4:30 pm Mon-Thurs (4 x 10's)

+ **Pay Rate:** $22.50/hr

+ **Start** : ASAP! ( _possible_ Temp to Hire)

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for the Final assembly of small and large parts for complex electromechanical equipment including, precision alignments.

+ Responsible for complex final alignments using CMM arms.

+ Understand the safety of CT scanning and radiation of x-ray equipment.

+ Able to work on systems with live electrical power present.

+ Able to multitask and make decision on component replacements when required.

+ Completing required documentation and following appropriate procedures assigned.

+ Must be able to work in a team environment and have attention to detail.

+ Helps to improve the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes.

+ Assemble and test small and large parts for electromechanical equipment, including precision alignments such as tilt & wag, lasers, tube & collimator and DMS

+ Responsible for complex final alignments using CMM arms, working on systems with live electrical power present and utilizing safety measures for CT scanning and radiation of x-ray equipment.

+ Troubleshoot & diagnose electromechanical equipment machines, including PCBs, PCs, motors, lasers, belts, brakes, generators, batters, X-Ray tubes and actuators

+ Participate in continuous improvement efforts (i.e. Lean, 5S, Six Sigma) and providing suggestions or ideas.

+ Able to work with overhead hoist and rigging.

+ Responsible for successfully and maintaining training as well as understanding and accurately following all procedures, policies and good manufacturing practices

+ Problem Solving Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

+ Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alterative solutions; works well in a group problem solving situations.

+ Complete required documentation and following appropriate procedures assigned.

+ Helps to improve the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes.

+ Works collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives.

+ Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

**Qualifications & experience:**

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ X-ray equipment experience a plus

+ Strong background in electrical mechanical assemblies.

+ Strong Knowledge of computers and editing software.

+ Knowledge of electrical devices including AC/DC voltages, Digital Multi-Meters and power supplies.

+ Able to work on energized electrical equipment. Hi Pot equipment a plus.

+ Knowledge or experience with hand and power tools including torque wenches, screwdrivers, wire strippers, ratchets.

+ Work as a team and train other employees.

+ Ability to identify and describe process problems to manufacturing engineering and peers.

+ Experience completing required documentation with accurate information including routers, DHR,s, checklists and inspection reports preferred.

+ Work well under pressure and to meet multiple and occasional competing deadlines while maintaining a cooperative working relationship with other employees and supervisor.

+ Work in a highly detailed environment where mental focus and accuracy of work output is essential.

+ Ability to read English and comprehend verbal and written instructions.

+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical & mental requirements:**

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear

+ The employee is occasionally required to walk.

+ Able to multitask.

+ Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds (assisted)
