**Job Description**


Medical Device Manufacturer searching for Experienced Level 1, 2, 3 Manufacturing Associates: A leader in manufacturing of glucose monitoring for patients with diabetes.


FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:

Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Operates hand tools, or production equipment

- Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams

- Follows General Manufacturing Production (GMP) guidelines

- Able to act as trainer

- Other duties as assigned

May be required to lift 10 lbs. to over 100 lbs.


WORK ENVIRONMENT: May be exposed to the following environmental conditions: Wet or humid conditions, work near moving parts, work in high - precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, extreme heat (non-weather), extreme cold (non-weather), risk of electric shock, work with explosives, risk of radiation, vibration. The noise level in this work environment can range from quiet to very loud.


Level 1 (3 months - 2 years- experience)

1st Shift - $13.50 per hour/ 2nd shift - $14.85 per hr


Level 2 (2 years - 5 years- experience)

1st shift - $14.50/ 2nd shift - $15.85 per hour


Level III (5+ years- experience)

1st shift: $17.00/ 2nd shift: $18.35 per hour


Schedule: Subject to change as needed:

A-1 5 am - 5 pm, Sun-Tues & Every other Wednesday

A-2 5 pm-5 am, Sun-Tues & Every other Wednesday

B-1 5 am-5 pm, Every other Wednesday, Thur-Sat

B-2 5 pm-5 am, Every other Wednesday, Thur-Sat


**Requirements**


EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months to 1 year of medical device experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in General Manufacturing Production (GMP) environment.


COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and standardized manufacturing procedures.

Ability to fill out standardized documentation such as Lot History Records (LHRs) and Form Templates (FTs) and non-standardized documentation such as red lined Lot History Records


REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to identify trends, resolve minor issues and escalate, if necessary.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Basic excel usage.
