**Medical Laboratory Technologist**


**Temp to Hire (Must have experience with PCR, qPCR, DNA extractions and purification)**


Tech 1-$26.50 per hour


Tech 2 $33-36 per hour


Sr. Tech $37-39 per hour


Shifts:


**Orange Shift Sun-Weds (teams crossover on Weds)**


**Blue Shift Weds-Sun (teams crossover on Weds)**


**AM Shift 6am-4pm**


**PM Shift 12pm-10pm**


**Job Duties:**


+ Use ImmunoCODE platform to develop largest database of T-Cell immune response for the COVID-19 virus.

+ Use immunoSEQ T-MAP COVID tool to measure T-cell response to vaccines in development and tract over time

+ Use T-Detect Covid-19 diagnostic test using a T cell maker to detect recent or past infection


**Qualifications**


BS or MS in Biological Sciences or relevant


1 years+ relevant clinical lab experience in CLIA or CAP lab in high throughput environment


Molecular Biology, NGS, ASCP (MB) or MT cert is a plus


Experience with CLIA and CAP


Experience with PCR, qPCR, DNA Extractions and Purification
