Description **Job Description**

We are currently looking for experienced Medical Records Clerks with impeccable interpersonal skills, proven reliability and strong multi-tasking abilities. We are looking for someone with EMR experience.

Responsibilities to include:

-Fulfill medical records requests by patients and healthcare providers

-Manage ROI database

-Audit health records for content, accuracy, and completeness

-Develop reports and audit findings

-Monitors accounts receivable

-Ensure confidentiality of all healthcare records

-Adhere to disclosure standards and regulations (HITECH act and HIPAA)

Required Skills:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications required

-Must have experience using EMR systems

-Solid data entry skills
