Kelly Services is currently seeking an **_Intern (Method Development)_** for one of our top clients in West Chester, PA.

**Projected Duration** : 06/04/2018 to 07/27/2018


**Pay Rate:** $15/HR


+ The internship will focus on development of a high throughput method as part of developing a platform process for accelerated formulation development of early phase products.
+ The responsibilities may also include verification of the developed method(s) for intended purpose.
+ The candidate is expected to create and implement experimental designs to efficiently accomplish the goals in relatively short time frames.
+ The successful candidate may further learn setting up formulation studies, generating characterization/stability data and the data analysis.
+ Additional projects may be introduced depending on time availability, status of the studies and needs of the group.
+ Make best possible efforts to successfully accomplish the project goals and ensure deliverables on time, while maintaining lab notebooks and organized documentation and working in compliance with policies.
**Minimum Requirements:**

+ The candidate must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical engineering, Biomedical engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
+ Individual should be familiar with basic laboratory skills (eg. buffer preparations, lab safety, etc) and have working knowledge or experience with protein or other macromolecules (coursework is acceptable).
+ The candidate will also need to have an ability to work independently and multi-task with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and demonstrate potential for technical proficiency, scientific creativity, and collaboration with others.
+ Excellent time-management and communication skills are a must.
