Description **Production Supervisor- (10:00 PM-6:30 AM) Direct Hire Positon (75K per year)**

This positon is accountable to the Production Manager for the operation of all compounding, packaging and filling shifts through material flow, human resources, documentation flow and training. This also include employees' performance, efficient equipment operation and in-process flow and training. This includes employees' performance, efficient equipment operation, and in-process IPQC testing to meet the Company’s objectives and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the SOP and GMP.

Responsible for the coordination of shift change to ensure that all required materials are available to run the production floor and production unit. This includes process materials and components and people materials such as site wear and personal protective equipment/safety supplies.

Maintains visible presence on the production floor and is available to resolve issues related to production/output. Monitors job duties to ensure that all pertinent SOP's are followed and all activities are documented properly.

Participates in revision of department SOP's and other GMP documents

Maintains a high degree of cooperation with other departments and participates in cross-departmental activities as required

Ensures employees follow safety rules/regulations and report any workplace injuries or accidents immediately. Inspects workplace and ensures all required safety supplies are available for direct reports

Completes the performance review of employees in a timely manner and collaborates with shift management regarding employee performances

Ensures compliance with GMP guidelines and ensuring by active and consistent monitoring, that department staff follows all GMP's and SOP's

Intimates and completes DIR, CCR, DCR, TCR, OJT and QAT

Completes accurate AX transactions

Completes reports for output, efficiency, downtime and other required matrix

Trains the new employees


Minimum of 3 years leadership in a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

Bachelor degree in a relevant field strongly preferred, associates required

Experience working in a fast paced environment
