Kelly Services is seeking a **Global Systems Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administrator** for a global power leader in **Columbus IN** .

**Length: 12 months (Possibility of extension/ conversion)**



**Pay Rate: $30/HR**



**Note:** Right now, due to COVID-19 restrictions, this is a 32 hours per week position. It is important to note though that for the first few weeks while the select hire is in training, that the manager will want the person working 40 hours per week. Once training is completed and to align them to the schedule of everyone else, working hours will be reduced to 32 hours per week. After Q3 and/or once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, it will be expected for this person to be working 40 hours per week. **ALSO due to COVID-19 restrictions from the start of this position and through at least the 3rd quarter, this would be a remote working position. When on-site presence is approved, it is expected that this hire will be on-site in Columbus, IN.**



**Description:**



Position Title: Global Systems Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administrator


**Basic Profile:**

This position is the primary administrator of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems used globally by our company. The person in this position is responsible for maintaining, administering, and supporting the MobileIron MDM environment.


In addition, provide technical support to customers via telephone, web, and face to face. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal mobile system performance.


**Job Duties (including but not limited to):**

* Own and operate company deployed MDM solutions (on-premise and cloud)

* Implement, test, and evaluate Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.

* Integration of mobile capabilities (High Availability, device/app VPN, Content management, Wireless Local Area Network Security, LOB/store apps, etc...)

* Adopt, implement, and document repeatable change processes and best practices.

* Upload, update, maintain, and delete iOS and Android Apps

* Manage users and ensure user data is accurate in the MDM

* Create, configure, and maintain security policies on the MDM and maintain enforcement

* Understand MDM reporting capabilities and provide regular status reports

* Create, update, and maintain users and device owners in the MDM

* Assess MDM capabilities and provide recommendations on optimization and usage

* Provide hardware and software support for Apple iPads and other tablets as required

* Works with customers to resolve technical issues

* Perform data, speed, and App usage analysis on company deployed mobile devices

* Create user documentation (Tips, tricks, FAQs) as new features and Apps are deployed

* Maintain the Enterprise Mobility page

* Understand Apple DEP and VPP

* Understand and create different tags and groups by location, department, and use case

* Maintain a self-service portal

* Assists with piloting and testing new Apps for enterprise use


**Position Requirements:**

* A degree is not required for this position (minimum of a HSD is required) manager is more concerned with someone having the MDM experience vs. having a completed degree

* 3-5 years experience working with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software such as Jamf Pro, Mobile Iron, Air Watch, Intune, etc. in a global enterprise is required

* Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with English fluency

* Expert troubleshooting and reasoning skills

* Experience troubleshooting - DNS, Firewall, SMTP, HTTPS, ActiveSync, and apps on devices

* Expert organizational skills, with good attention to detail

* Self-driven - possesses superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks

* Dynamic - innovative, creative, and constantly looking for ways to improve processes

* Motivated - understands the impact of a results-driven, highly successful team

* Collaborative and Committed - has a can do attitude and believe that anything is possible with the right focus and the right team
