Description Kelly Services is seeking an experienced **Mortgage Technical Writer** for our global financial client in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full time, 8+ month temporary position paying $28/hr. to start with benefits available in the first 30 days. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule.

**Job Description**

Experience in preparing and/or maintaining production and operational business line process and procedural documentation, including user manuals and reference manuals, etc., thorough knowledge of department operating methods and procedures, responsible for the content of procedural documentation, possesses a thorough knowledge of personal computers and personal computer-based tools for developing technical documentation and departmental/divisional communications and presentations.

1. Maintains current production and operational business line process and procedural documentation in the documentation library.

2. Writes and develops job aids to support procedures and job functionality.

3. Reviews all business line process and procedural documentation, including user manuals and reference manuals for accuracy and completeness.

4. Maintains accurate records of changes and updates to all business line process and procedural documentation, including user manuals and reference manuals to ensure they are up to date.

5. Provides or coordinates special documentation services when required.

6. Assists staff in complying with documentation standards.


Minimum 1+ year prior technical writing experience.

Knowledge of Mortgage Origination processes.

High school diploma or GED.
