Description Kelly Services is actively seeking a **Multicultural Research Analyst for Nissan** at their Franklin, TN location.

This is a **long term indefinite contract opportunity** to join a great team! (Eligible to be hired full time after 6 months)

**What does the position require?**

• **Two or more years of related professional level Market Research/Marketing/Automotive experience preferred.**

• **Bachelor’s Degree-** Marketing/Market Research disciple preferred but not required.

**Computer Skills:**
Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, or other PC applications, etc. to produce non-standard, creative products.

**Job Description**
Monitor project costs. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Prepare project cost accruals. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations. Conducts analysis of management and operational problems and formulates improvement plans where necessary.

**Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis?**
1. Assist in managing advertising research projects. Conducts both qualitative and quantitative research studies among consumers.
2. Coordinates various ad research activities with suppliers, Marketing & Agency teams. Manages the positioning/ethnography, concept testing, copy testing, and/or ad tracking projects.
3. Works closely with research vendors and internal teams. Manages suppliers and vendors to ensure projects remain on task. Leads the vendor evaluation process (with purchasing) and develops a statement of work for upcoming projects
4. Assists in preparing report, presents results and conclusions and offers recommendations to assist management in strategic decision making
5. Fully manages ad research KPI’s. Develops report for Chairman KPI review.
6. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to build strong rapport with external vendors and internal strategic partners
7. Ability to multi-task heavy workload and function under aggressive deadlines
8. Strong analytical, strategic, communication and presentation skills.
9. Manages the Employee Diversity Panel independently
10. Takes on additional responsibilities outside of job scope to enhance skill set and showcase leadership skills
11. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative

• W2/ HOURLY PAY RATE: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)

• There is no “per diem” with this position

• There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
