Kelly Services is looking for a Network Admin/ Help Desk Level 3 for a client located in Fort Walton Beach, FL.



**Job description**



Not your typical Help Desk position. This person will act as Level 3 Help Desk support for any help desk issues that are escalated for higher complexity resolution; along with implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting moderate to complex system and network projects. Moving to more of a Network Admin and less Help Desk after company is fully staffed.



**Responsibilities**




+ Maintain and trouble-shoot moderate to complex network issues.

+ Support all LAN, WLAN, WAN and telephony (VoIP) communication.

+ Implement and maintain server infrastructure including all Windows and Linux installations.

+ Provide engineering and support for VMware ESX environment including configuration of all virtual machines, underlying network components and Storage Area Network infrastructure.

+ Provides detailed documentation of moderately complex system specifications.

+ Analyze and revise existing system issues and documentation to enhance system efficiency.

+ Defines controls, conversion procedures and system implementation plans, may include user training and orientation.

+ Coordinates with stakeholders across all departments to identify reporting requirements and develops, writes and distributes system reports for end users as required.

+ Ensures prompt and courteous feedback to requestors of computer services including providing information on software changes to computer users.

+ Monitors systems to insure they are working properly and assists in diagnosing any problems.

+ Creates and maintains documentation of operational procedures, programming code and end-user documentation for supported applications.

+ Maintains and adheres to all confidentiality policies.

+ On-Call 1 week per month (Average 5 calls per week)

+ Performs other duties as assigned.



**Qualifications:**



**?Must Have:**




+ 5 years of Level 3 Help Desk experience

+ Network Skills (Switches, Design, Engineering)

+ Active Directory

+ VOIP

+ Windows Server 2012



**Preferred:**




+ Cisco experience including switches

+ Bachelor's degree

+ CCNA and MCSA Certification

+ MCSE Certification
