Office Administrative Assistant - Site Manager

Our client in Denver, CO is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant (Site Manager) to assist their department. This role is eligible for Kelly Services Contractor benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage.

Role is full time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift (typically 8am-5pm). Phone and in-person interviews will be conducted. The position is temp-to-hire for the appropriate candidate. Pay rate once permanent is $19.50/hr.

**Pay rate while temporary: $15-16/hr**

Job Description:

+ Responsible for effective implementation and management of clients Service Excellence.

+ Handles formal contact with the customer on a daily basis in IMS. Provides training on workflow and machine operations when necessary.

+ Ensures payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting all time clock punches. Achieves shift profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectively supervising the shift in the use of company materials and supplies.

+ Ensures the quality of operations for shift by assisting in the achievement of goals. Meets quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices.

+ Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work.

+ Completes site reports and other paperwork as necessary.

+ Facilitates resolution of issues concerning pricing, orders-in and invoicing by interacting and communicating with sales department.

+ Back up Reception during breaks Lunch

+ Ensure Lobby/reception area is clean and organized

+ Scan NDA s weekly into Shared Folder

+ After hours reception/ office event support Escort: Interviews and Vendors Create remedy ticket for any facility issues brought to reception s attention Issue stamps / Apply postage Receive all Accountable packages and mail. Scan into receiving system Delivered all mail/accountable package to recipients desk. Notify recipient of failed delivery attempts. Prepare outbound packages via UPS World Ship or DHL. customer required to complete SRF Manage comm center supply ordering par levels and replenishment/stocking Manage Kitchen supply ordering par levels and replenishment/stocking Assist employees with catering ordering deliveries including getting a cart for them, or helping to carry items to their meeting location customer must provide all catering details Support Office Signage Office gathering coordination, set up and take down

Must-have job requirements:

+ High School Diploma (or GED) is required

+ At least one year of experience in working in a Government agency, company department, or related environment

+ At least two years of experience working with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word.

+ Good time management skills/ability to take the initiative when working on projects

+ Ability to be tactful and work with the public

+ Effective communications skills, in writing and verbally.

+ Experience in the use of computer systems
