Kelly Services is currently seeking an **Office Administrator** for one of our top clients in **Littleton, Colorado.**

As an Office Administrator placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our clients HR Department. Primary responsibilities will include opening and sorting both incoming mail and email, data entry, and various other assigned projects. Qualified candidates will have 0-2 plus years of either high volume customer service or general office experience, along with excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Experience with NetSuite or Microsoft CRM is preferred but not required. The organization is team oriented and friendly. Additional Job Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transactions processed

Conducting research on discrepancies and making appropriate corrections or adjustments

Responding to and resolving inquiries

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field, highly preferred

0-2 plus years of customer service, or office experience, required

Experience with NetSuite or Microsoft CRM, preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required

Strong analytical skills, required

Ability to work accurately under time constraints
