Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Office Administrator is responsible for making everything in the office flow smoothly. The breadth of this `get-stuff-done' role includes administration support, culture support, office duties and external coordination. Select responsibilities may include the following and more:

Coordination help with executive calendars, contacts, travel, ordering, reception duties, special events, digital filing, task follow up, office supplies, expense reports, etc.

Executive Support help executives with meeting preparation, presentations, note taking, capturing and disseminating action items, follow-up, weekly/monthly/quarterly company meetings, and invoice processing.

People Liaison support recruiting, on-boarding, benefits, compliance, training, performance reviews, platform management and vendors.

Office Lead office moves, setup, and environmental enhancements.

Culture - coordinate experiences that positively impact our culture, such as monthly birthday recognition moments, quarterly team volunteer events, and Free Lunch Friday. Be responsible for sourcing and administering swag for guests and key employee moments.

General Business Support - Merchandising, marketing and branding administrative support.


More than anything, we want people who care about their work, work hard, respect others and thrive on challenges. But select qualifications are important, such as the following:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a team environment.

Waiting tables in a busy restaurant, team sports, and similar experiences a plus.

Excellent organization and executive functioning skills. Outstanding attention to details.

Tech savvy.

A natural intrinsic drive and highly responsive yet flexible approach is critical.

Strong interpersonal skills - Proven frequent & effective communicator across teams and functions.

A track record of learning from everything and everybody.

Motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must be able to perform effectively on their own with minimal supervision once direction is given.

Associate degree expected, Bachelor's degree preferred.
