Kelly is seeking an Office Administrator to work with our client, a premier Fortune 500 organization within the financial services industry, on a temporary basis for 7+ months.

The Office Administrator will:

+ Serve as a front-line resource, expertly answering and routing calls, emails, mail, and other inquiries, whether internal or external

+ Present the office in a gracious, welcoming, and professional manner whether in person or via phone, video or written communication

+ Assist clients with inquiries including help with online access, account balance and activity questions, and questions about offerings and services

+ Work effectively with other administrative colleagues to manage and complete operational and responsive tasks to appropriate timetables

+ Maintain account records in database and set up new accounts as needed

+ Manage regular and recurring processes including reporting, mailings, and data maintenance

+ Assist with quality controls and regular reviews of data

+ Review workflows and processes for efficiencies and serve as go to person for using current technology to assist in daily work of each team

Required skills:

+ Previous administrative or office management experience

+ Experience in the financial services industry a plus but not required

+ Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet deadlines

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word and Outlook)

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team
