**Office Administrator/ Coordinator/Accounting Clerk**

Kelly Services Inc. has an immediate opening for a Office Administrator that eager to grow within the new home build industry. The ideal candidate willbring 2-3 yrs. experience within the construction industry and strong communications, be detail oriented and task driven. Only those with a construction or real estate background will be considered for this opportunity. This is a full time, contract to hire position as well as an immediate need.

As Office Administrator/ **Coordinator** at this busy yet rapidly growing office, you will:

+ Liaise between all the parties involved in scheduling home warranty transactions between the home owners and professional contractors (agents, appraisers, client, etc.).
+ Review compliance paperwork. Identify and resolve any issues.
+ Proactively track and meet closing deadlines. Drive process to ensure that all documents are signed, completed and prepared in file
+ Enter and process orders/invoices into QuickBooks
+ Research information through navigating on the wesite/portal for information regarding homes, lots and PO numbers
+ Organize and maintain all paperwork and contracts per new build and warranty work.
+ Exceed client expectations of responsiveness and customer service. Communicate continually with all parties involved in transaction.
+ Track multiple files simultaneously.

**Job Requirements**

+ 2+ yrs. experience in a construction or real estate brokerage office.
+ Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel software
+ Stellar communication skills - in writing, by telephone and in person
+ A natural commitment to exceptional customer service
+ Strong typing and data entry skills, with good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
+ Ability to multitask, think and act quickly, meet deadlines, and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
